To this day Mike Smith remembers the very first time he pushed the limits and the wonderful feeling he got as he jumped out of that first airplane and plunged to the ground at a speed of over 120 mph. That was April 5, 1998 and over 1,300 jumps ago.

Jumping has become a sort of family affair and many times Mike jumps along side his wife, Paula. Mike also has a son, Jason; he has yet to jump, but Mike says he won't quit trying to get him to take the leap.
