Coldwell Banker Pennington-Chen Agents Recognized with Top National Consumer Rating Award

The Houston Association of Realtors® has been notified by Quality Service Certification (QSC), a nationwide consumer service program, that eight of its 24,000 Houston members have received distinguished customer service ratings for year ending 2006. Four of those eight members are Sales Associates at Coldwell Banker Pennington-Chen in Clear Lake at 1120 Bay Area Blvd.

"Nothing is more important to a prospective client in selecting a professional than the service results achieved with past clients," says Larry D. Romito, President & CEO of QSC. "Consumers have greater confidence in service reliability, results, and satisfaction with a Quality Service Certified real estate professional because they know that the agent’s service record has been validated by an independent third party," says Romito. The Houston Association of Realtors, on their website www.har.com has made it simple for the consumer to search for an agent with the QSC designation and to see what other consumers have said about the service offered by that agent.

Rita Armstrong, Jennifer Flud, Alice Jones and Libby Jones, received QSC’s "Platinum" rating, the highest possible rating reserved for the top 2% of all agents certified in the program nationwide.
