"Client Services" is an essential component of the Coldwell Banker Pennington-Chen team approach to assisting agents in coordinating the terms, conditions and instructions of the sales contract. Each element that goes into closing your transaction smoothly and efficiently is managed by our in-house transaction manager, Samantha Puckitt. Samantha will assist you and your agent to ensure the details important to your transaction are handled timely and professionally.

Samantha began working in the real estate field in 1990 and became a licensed real estate agent in 1992. In addition to listing and selling real estate property she has assisted in the management of residential foreclosures and the building of custom homes. Samantha joined Coldwell Banker Pennington-Chen in 1997, as their Transaction Coordinator, offering her extensive knowledge of contracts, inspections, repairs, title, loans and construction to personally manage your transaction.

The road to a successful transaction often involves multiple timelines, various personalities and a multitude of details. Should a problem arise, Samantha will work diligently to resolve the issue. She excels under pressure and has a gift for remaining calm in stressful situations. As part of the Coldwell Banker Pennington-Chen management team, Samantha brings a new level of expertise and customer service to our clients.
