- Repair leaky faucets.
- Replace missing door or cabinet handles.
- Repair or replace broken appliances.

Inspection Items
Here are some of the maintenance items most commonly called on a buyer's inspection report. Taking care of these items ahead of a sale contract or inspection should greatly improve your negotiating position.
- Caulking of windows, trim, tubs and sinks
- Deteriorated grouting on floors, walls, tubs and showers
- Dripping faucets
- Slow drains
- Loose commodes and tanks
- HVAC in need of service
- Rotted or damaged trim and siding
- Loose or damaged roofing shingles
